Dr. Don Williams, D.C., began practicing chiropractic applied kinesiology in 1980. In 1986 he entered into the study of the Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique, pioneered by Dr. M. T. Morter, Jr. Dr. Don helped craft the Master Practitioner program, of which he is a charter member. Since 2001 he has been a nationally sought after teacher of this system of healing.
