VIBRANT ENERGY FLOWS UNIMPEDED
As we move through our life certain hurtful
experiences can cause us to begin to shut down
and protect our innocent open hearts. Then our
minds start to run the show. Our minds can be a
great gift or a great curse. It can be used for our
healing or our destruction.
What we think can be the bridge to connect
us to our heart or the wall that separates us from
our heart.
Nobody wants to be sick consciously. It’s not
our conscious minds that run our bodies. Our
subconscious minds run our bodies and how we
respond to life around us.
The subconscious mind was fully grown at the
time of conception and controls our growth, repair
and development our entire lifetime. This
subconscious mind is always connected to our
hearts and keeps us connected to Spirit.
At conception the subconscious mind is like
fresh soil. It does not judge, evaluate or reason;
it only responds to what we plant in it, just like
the soil provides the environment of growth for
a seed when planted. Thoughts are seeds— seeds of energy.
Each seed of energy we plant can create a garden
of weeds or a garden of flowers. The more
weeds we have, the more our flow of vibrant
energy gets impeded and interferes with our
health and well-being.
Dr. Don Williams, D.C., uses the Bio Energetic
Synchronization Technique, which goes to
the source of what is energetically interfering
with our optimal health, and removes that interference.
He has been in practice for 24 years
and has a wealth of tools to coach his patients
on how to heal. He teaches the importance of
making conscious choices for vibrant living. |
We make choices in 6 essential areas each
day: What we eat—a diet high in vegetables
and fruit provides us with alkaline minerals to
neutralize acid, a cause of aging. What we
drink—8 glasses of pure reverse osmosis water
and vegetable and fruit juices flush toxins our
through the urine and stool. What we
breathe—Fresh air and deep abdominal breathing
eliminate the toxins of premature aging
through the lungs. How we exercise—a fit
body is ten times more efficient at eliminating
toxins and keeps us strong and mobile. How we
rest—not enough rest increases cortisol levels
which create inflammation, which, if chronic,
lead to degeneration of tissue. What we
think—the most important choice we can make!
In fact, our thoughts have a more profound effect
on our health than all the other five choices
combined.
Also, our body responds to our thoughts by
producing chemicals. We operate best at a very
specific acid/alkaline range which we call PH.
When we are stressed and thinking negatively
the body produces acid forming chemicals such
as cortisol, adrenalin and insulin that cause inflammation,
leading to accelerated degeneration.
This can result in chronic degenerative diseases
such as arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure,
obesity, fibromyalgia, heart disease and cancer.
Positive thoughts and feels of love, gratitude
and joy produce alkalizing chemicals for healing.
This enhances the body’s innate ability to
heal and repair itself.
